Another Tea, More Sticky Buns

So I had another tea to do yesterday and decided to make Sticky Buns, Carrot Cake, and Chocolate Chip Cookies (from the recipe on the back of the bag, oh yea). I made the same Sticky buns last week, but this time I actually took extensive pictures of the process.
No Knead Dough after a night of risingCrushing pecans for the filling and topping
I rolled out the dough into a rectangular sheet, and spread the topping on it
Dough rolled up and then cut into roll sized slices
Caramel topping with pecans
Buns put onto toppingBuns after rising (they puffed up so nicely!)Buns after baking - the whole building smelled deliciousAn inside shotJust as delicious as the last batch
Then, carrot cake. Look at that slice peaking out from the pack. The cream cheese frosting set up really nicely, but I forgot the raisins, so the cake was missing that tangy bite that would have cut through the cake's sweetness.

I didn't take any pictures of the chocolate chip cookies because they were just the ordinary cookies. I froze the dough in small balls before I baked, so that I could have them ready whenever.
Woot. Until the next.
